The Norwegian Food Composition Table contains an overview of nutrients for the most common foods consumed in Norway. The values given may be borrowed values from the industry or foreign food composition tables, estimated values or chemical analysed values. The Norwegian Food Composition Table is continuously updated, and each year is food selected for chemical analysis by the Norwegian Food Safety Authorities. The project is being conducted by NIFES commissioned by the Norwegian Food Safety Authorities.
The objective is to obtain nutrients- and heavy metals analysis on 24 different frozen pizza and industrial produced products.
