How are the omega-3 fatty acids in Norwegian farmed salmon, and how much of them should we have? These are some of the questions NIFES gives an answer to in the new leaflet «Omega-3 fatty acids in Norwegian farmed salmon».

In the leaflet, you can read that even though the fatty acid composition I Norwegian farmed salmon has changed over the last 10 years, farmed salmon is still one om the best sources to the marine omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA that we have in our diet.
